Super M̶e̶a̶t̶Dumb Boy (Limited Edition)

This Limited Edition is a boxed version of Super Meat Boy only available through the monthly plan at IndieBox for a limited time or through the webshop afterwards. It was the April 2017 IndieBox game.

The box is supposed to be designed by "Dr. Fetus", the evil protagonist of the game. Because of that the original cover art is modified to make Super Meat Boy, the hero of the game, appear in a bad light.

Before the arrival of the box the player would get a letter containing a post card with "a very special message from Team Meat" on the front and "UЯ DUMB" on the inside. The card is covered with dozens of loose red particles.

The box itself contains:

• "Standard Edition" of Super M̶e̶a̶t̶Dumb Boy in a custom IndieBox keep case, containing:
  • Super Meat Boy on CD with DRM free versions for Linux, Mac and Windows
  • 2 Audio CDs with the game's new soundtrack from 2015
  • Manual
  • Super Meat Boy themed IndieBox sticker
• Official Dr. Fetus Level Skipper: A device which - instead of actually skipping a level - will insult you when pushing the button
• 48 wooden Meat Cubes for assembling a "Super Meat Boy" figurine

The shipping box also included the following items:

• Super Meat Boy (Steam code sticker attached to the inside of the IndieBox shipping box)
• List of contents included in the box
• Slime-san flyer, including access to an IndieBox exclusive demo version
