Taimanin Murasaki: Kunoichi Kugutsu Dorei ni Otsu is a hentai visual novel in the Taimanin series. This time, the player controls an amoral scientist named Sabato Kiryuu who is out for revenge after being killed by the titular Taimanin Murasaki. Like many other games in the series, it contains explicit scenes of rape and violence. The gameplay consists of reading text atop of illustrated backgrounds and periodically making a decision that may influence the outcome of the story. The game features voice acting for the significant female characters only and has multiple different endings that can be achieved depending on the player's decisions.

In a near-future Tokyo where supernatural beings live among humans, the depraved scientist Sabato Kiryuu experiments on unwilling combatants who enter the Chaos Arena, an illegal underground fight club, in exchange for resources and funding for his work. Eventually, his experiments are stopped when the Chaos Arena is stormed by the Taimanin, an elite group of ninjas who work for the Japanese government, resulting in his decapitation. But Kiryuu, ever the pragmatist, had a contingency plan. He is resurrected by one of his own demonic experiments, revitalized with a desire to exact revenge on the woman who ended his life: the Taimanin Murasaki Yatsu, who may also hold the key to saving it.
