Tami's Tower

Tami's Tower is an educational game designed to teach elementary school students the basics of engineering design. A golden lion tamarin monkey named Tami wants to eat the fruit hanging from the top of the screen, but it's too high to reach. The player must use the shapes displayed at the edge of the screen to build a tower that Tami can climb. The shapes include triangles, squares, thin rectangles, hexagons and half circles, but the player will not be given all of them at once, forcing the player to come up with a new design each round. Before Tami climbs the tower, an animal like an alligator, panda or elephant will run by in the background, shaking the tower. The player fails the round if the tower falls when shaken, or if it's not tall enough to pass the line that marks where the fruit is. The game is aimed at students from kindergarten through second grade.
