Tantei Jingūji Saburō New Order

Tantei Jingūji Saburō New Order is an installment in the Detective Jingūji Saburo series. It aims to continue the formula of Tantei Jingūji Saburō Oldies but with all new original stories which can be bought in the app.

Currently, the only story available in this title is Giwaku no Ace, which tells the story of a professional baseball pitcher, Naotaka Majima.

Majima was once called an ace, but has fallen into disrepute in recent years. A woman asks Jingūji to find out why he has been acting strangely.

When Jinguji traces his movements, he finds that Majima has been secretly meeting with Fuwa, a former player, in Kabukicho. Fuwa has a history with Majima, having retired two years ago due to an injury Majima inflicted on him. Could Fuwa be the reason for Majima's strange behavior?

As Jinguji investigates further, he soon catches a glimpse of the darkness surrounding the baseball world. One after another, suspicions emerge about the former ace Majima. What is the truth behind it all?

The game is best described as a Japanese style adventure game where players will need to search for clues, talk to various characters and suspects connected to the plot of the story to uncover the mysteries. During the game, the player can have Jingūji smoke a cigarette. Jingūji will then give players hints about what they should be doing and a recap of the information and evidence that they've gathered up to that point in the game.
