Tetsudō Nippon! Real Pro Tokkyū Sōkō! Nagoya Tetsudō-hen

This entry in the Tetsudō Nippon focuses on a higher level of realism and detail than previous games. Instead of local lines, players are now operating high speed express and limited express trains, with the primary focus being Nagoya's Meitetsu lines. Players can operate the Nagoya Main Line operating from Meitetsu Gifu to Jingū-mae, the Tokoname Line from Jingū-mae to Tokoname, and the long-distance 70km Airport Line running from Tokoname to Central Japan International Airport Station. As the "Pro" name implies, the complexity of train operation is much greater this time. For the first time in the series, players can use Taito's Densha de Go!! controller for a more realistic experience. Like in previous games in the series, usage of real-world footage of the train lines allows for a high level of realism in the in-game graphics.

Because the real-world Meitetsu Museum closed in 2020, this game includes a digital version with digital reproductions of many of the real-world artifacts that appeared in the real museum when it still operated. It also includes a Meitetsu Quiz to test players' knowledge of the system.
