The Beginning Of The End
Description
The Beginning Of The End is the third humorous text adventure of the Zikov Trilogy.
The player takes the role of Fred, the hero of the previous two episodes. The villain of the story is one Basil Hodgkins. Basil has made his way to the earth's core where The Machine Of Total Universal Control resides which, as we all know, is a device built by the Incas centuries ago. Basil has imprisoned the machine's keeper and is currently dismantling the device.
Meanwhile Fred is at school in a French class when he experiences an incredible a mind expanding moment. It seems the device reached out, looking for anyone who could help, and found Fred.
The object of the game is to;* Locate all parts of the machine, which are scattered through space and time
- return the parts to the centre of the earth
- Free the machine's guardian
- Rebuild the machine
The game is in two parts. The player needs information from the end of part one to answer a question that allows them to start part two.
