The Black Box

In the far-off future of 2025, a spaceship pilot preparing a voyage to Jupiter is caught in the distortion caused by a distant black hole. Left without the usual navigation equipment, they must use their ship's Black Box device in order to find planets and make it safely back home.

This is a Black Box variant in which the player is given a grid which contains a set number of planets. The player can click on any square on the edge of the playfield to fire a ray inwards, which provides the player with information on what's contained in that row. The player must then use that information to click the squares inside the playfield they believe to contain planets.

This is a shareware game with more advanced levels reserved for registered copies. It used a single registration for both the DOS and Windows versions.
