The Great COSMAC Cosmos Puzzle

The Great COSMAC Cosmos Puzzle is a puzzle game using the same rules as Teaser. The player starts with a pattern of bits in a 3x3 grid and must try to inverse it, but toggling the bit in a corner also toggles each adjacent (including diagonally) bit. Toggling the middle bit also toggles adjacent bits (this time excluding diagonally) and when toggling the top or bottom bit only the adjacent bits on the same row are toggled, and similarly only the bits in the same column are toggled when flipping a bit on the left or right.
