The Living Cell

Description
The Living Cell is an educational game for the Apple II.
The player tries to keep a cell alive long enough in order for it to divide, and then tries to keep the subsequent daughter cell alive for multiple generations. To do this, the player must continue to modify the intracellular concentration of glucose, potassium, sodium, chloride, water, waste, and oxygen. As time passes, these numbers become abnormal, and the player must manually set the concentrations back into the safe zone to keep the cell healthy. The player can chose a cell with or without oxygen, and can choose a static, controllable, or constantly changing environment for the cell to live in.
