The Matrix

The Matrix is an arcade action shooter and a fangame inspired by The Matrix movies. In the game you play as Neo, standing in a kind of shooting gallery with a loaded gun, and are required to shoot as many clones of the movie's bad guy, Mr. Smith, as possible in a limited time (120s) - while they are running left/right across your field of view, and hiding behind pillars.

Sometimes a ball is bouncing across the room, this can also be shot - doing so causes the clones to slow down for a short time while the players view is flashing and green-tinted, making them a bit easier to hit. Hitting the clones gives points depending on how far away they are, and after the time runs out, a highscore list is shown; if your score made it on the list you are asked to enter a player name.
