In The Money Game II the story is divided into two chapters.
In the first chapter, an old man approaches the protagonist, Minase, and offers him a two million yen investment to turn it into ten million by trading stocks. And he has one month to do it. If the player succeeds in that amazing feat, they move on to the next chapter where Minase is challenged by another trader to see who can turn 5 million yen into 1 billion within three months.
