This Game of the Year edition is an expanded re-release of The Operative: No One Lives Forever, which includes the following additions:

• patch 1.004
• a completely new episode, Rest and Relaxation, set after the main campaign
• new bonus skins and maps for multiplayer
• several new textures for existing in-game objects
• the complete source code and map editor
• In The Lounge music CD from the base game (US release only)
• the official strategy guide by Prima (US release only)

While owners the original game could download patch 1.004, source code, editor and multiplayer maps, the rest of the content is unique to this version.
