The Quest for Thelda: A Journey Into Adventure is a 1-player The Legend of Zelda clone for the TRS-80 CoCo.
The player is armed with a sword and shield, and can move in all directions. The player begins their quest in the Overworld, which features forests, mountains and lakes and is divided into several screens. The player can explore the Overworld freely, though when he enters a screen, he will encounter several enemies. The player has limited health and magic power, which is increased by completing dungeons and gathering hearts. Defeated enemies can drop hearts, coins, or bombs. The goal is to defeat all the dungeons in the game.
