The Senpai
Description
The Senpai is a comedic visual novel featuring characters from the TV show Seinfeld, but written as if they attended a Japanese high school. The story plays on tropes and writing structure of both Seinfeld and typical high school anime plotlines. George can't get his senpai to notice him, Elaine tries to figure out what tsundere means, and Kramer explores an abandoned warehouse.
The game uses lo-fi graphics and a midi soundtrack composed of songs from both Seinfeld and anime. Gameplay wise, it's a linear visual novel, though at certain points the player can choose between two possible responses for Jerry to say which don't affect the story. The game is short and can be completed in about half an hour depending on reading speed.
