They Need To Be Fed

They Need To Be Fed is a physics-based platform game in which the player controls a little black creature. In every level, the goal is to lead it over differently shaped platforms – each with their own centre of gravity – and past obstacles such as spikes, rockets, and lasers, into the mouth of a hungry monster. There is also a set amount of diamonds to collect in order to unlock new worlds.

The game was developed for YoYo Games' fifth competition, "Design a Handheld Game", which it won.
