Time-Sharing Tic-Tac-Toe

Time-Sharing Tic-Tac-Toe is a simple Tic-Tac-Toe game played against the computer. The human player chooses whether to go first or not and selects one of 9 fields to place their mark in. Whoever manages to get three marks in any direction in a row wins.
