Tomb Raider: Pistol Burst

This DLC for Tomb Raider unlocks the Burst Fire Mod upgrade for the handgun at the beginning of the game. It allows the pistol to shoot three rounds at a time for greater damage. The DLC is merely an early unlock; players without it can earn the upgrade later during regular gameplay.
