Touzai-Mahjong

Touzai-Mahjong is an implementation of the traditional four player game, it is a Japanese shareware game that is mouse controlled. It caters for many rule variations including double tile under Kong tile; double tile under Double tile; allowing/preventing tiles being picked from the wall and more.

The player can choose their opponents but this is purely cosmetic as there is no documented difference in their gameplay. It is unusual in that during play uses multiple windows, one for the game area and one each for the four players.
