Tropico 4: Propaganda!

Propaganda is the eighth piece of DLC for Tropico 4, adding an additional scenario: The Communist Propaganda Competition. Also added are a new media building, Propaganda Tower, that suppresses protests and converts citizens to loyalists, a new character trait, PR Specialist, which makes journalists persuade citizens to vote for El Presidente while raising the respect of loyalists, and a new costume, Party Leader.
