As the title already states, this DLC for UFC Undisputed 3 makes UFC fighter Alistair Overeem alias "The Reem" a playable character. Access was granted to participants in a limited promotional offer via Facebook for free at launch of the game. Afterwards the DLC was offered for purchase.
