This Japanese retail version of Deluxe Edition has slightly different content from both Japanese and US digital deluxe editions.
The contents included in this release are:

- Uncharted 4: A Thief's End - Triple Pack (DLC code)
- Uncharted 4 PS4 theme (DLC code)
- PlayStation Plus 7-day subscription (DLC code)
- Code to enter a campaign to win Sony digital HD video camera (model HDR-AS50R)
- Season Pass booklet
Season Pass is a small booklet containing:
- DLC code for future Uncharted 4: A Thief's End - Triple Pack (front page)
- Character relation chart (2-page)
- World map (2-page)
- Game art sketches (2-page)
Additionally, retail store gave an extra voucher with a DLC code for multiplayer character skin for Nathan Drake featuring him in an outfit from Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception which is not available as standalone DLC purchase.
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End - Triple Pack is a kind of season-pass DLC which is said to bring and include:
