Universe

Description
In Universe, you are invading enemy territory with your fighter aircraft and enemy installations are defending their territory. The game is a simplified replica of Scramble. There are a set of continuous, connected side-scrolling stages where you fly your vessel. A constant threat in the form of enemy installations and flying objects is ever-present; Anti-aircraft missiles launched from the ground; Several types of airborne foes coming your way from ahead; Static obstacles floating in the tightest passages ...
Depending on the situation you can either shoot or avoid them, but occasionally avoidance is not an option, especially when there is no room for moving away. Another thing to keep an eye on is your fuel gauge, since fuel is steadily spent as the game goes on. To replenish your supply, you will be encountering a multitude of fuel depots which you need to shoot or bomb, each successful hit adding to your reserves.
On certain stages, you will be flying twisting tunnels with narrowing and widening sections, where skillful maneuvering is required, as any contact with the terrain is lethal. At the top of the screen, there is a display keeping track of lives, score and fuel left.
