Vector Force

Vector Force is a vertically scrolling shoot'em up. The player controls a space ship and needs to shoot everything in the way in order to beat the five levels and score a high-score. The ship has both a left and right gun which can be fired and upgraded separately (by collecting power orbs). If both guns are upgraded, they create a more powerful combined attack. Additionally there is a defensive gun (destroys enemy bullets) and a super gun (needs to be charged by killing enough enemies) available.

The colour of power orb show the effect they have when collected. Besides extra lives and health orbs, most are weapon upgrades which can only be collected if there is a slot left (otherwise the player has to convert a current weapon upgrade into life energy first). A live is lost when the energy bar is emptied by contact with enemies or their shots. There are three space ships available which have different super guns.
