Venezia 98
Description
Venezia 98 is a scenery add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator 98 which can also be used with Microsoft Flight Simulator (v5.1), Microsoft Flight Simulator 95. This scenery add-on covers Venice and the surrounding area and makes the following airports available to the player:

- Beluno
- Bolzano
- Ca'Negra
- Ceresara
- Fraforeano
- Gorizia
- Legnago
- Montegaldella
- Padova
- Ronchi de Legionari
- Salgareda - Aviosuperficie Carrer
- Thiene
- Trento Mattarello
- Trevisio S.Angelo
- Undine Campoformido
- Valle Gaffaro
- Venezia - S.Nicolo
- Venizia Tessera
- Verona Boscomantico
- Verona Villafranca
- Vicenza
There are different scenery files for each of the seasons. The default scenery file, i.e. the one that is loaded when the product is installed, is Spring. To change season the player must load a new season from the CD.
Additionally the product puts four new prepared flights into the simulator's adventure library. The player must have their chosen aircraft on the ground at the departure runway before the adventure will load. Once loaded the adventure communicates with the player via a message bar while some in-flight audio warnings are also used. The adventures added are:* Venezia Lido to Trieste
- Verona Boscomantico to Bolzano
- Verona Villafranca to Venezia Tessera
- Vicenza to Trevisio
Users of Microsoft Flight Simulator (v5.1) are advised that the supplied scenery file exceeds the size allowed by that simulator. Consequently the player must choose between having a detailed representation of Venece's Tessera airport and no detail in downtown Venice, or vice versa, and change the simulator's configuration accordingly.
