Wahoo

Wahoo is a turn based game with a ranch type of theme. You assume the role of a cowboy who's attempting to catch a temperamental horse. The game area is within the confines of a pen, with you and the horse moving about. The aim is to reach the steed in a calm manner, to avoid scaring it away. You approach the horse by moving 1-5 steps per turn, and the horse will generally move away from you. If you approach in a sudden manner, the horse will bolt further away. In some instances, it may also kick your character away. Several attempts are usually needed before achieving your goal. Upon success, you are prompted to play again or quit.

The game uses exclusively text characters, i.e. the pen fences to the extreme left and right of the playfield are represented by a capital I, your cowboy by a capital C and the horse with a capital H. Each turn fills a new line in your display and each line is numbered, so that you keep track how many turns each game takes.
