Wandoku: Wandering Sudoku

Wandoku: Wandering Sudoku is a Sudoku game. Like a basic Sudoku game, the player is presented with a 9x9 grid, and asked to fill each row and column with the numbers 1-9, so that the same number is not reused in a row, column, or 3x3 square. The difference is that the grid will re-arrange itself every few moves. Re-arrangements include a flip or a movement of a column or row. (Moves will not break solutions or clues placed.) The number of moves between re-arrangements, and the complexity of the re-arrangements vary by difficulty, from a single movement every four turns on Easy, to a complete re-arrangement of the board every turn on Evil.
