Watch Over Christmas

It’s fair to say no one is more excited for Christmas this year than Cisco. This twelve-year-old boy is as inquisitive and enthusiastic as you can get around this time of the year. Cisco has no problems believing in Santa Claus even when his parents as well as his annoying sister Zoe don’t. However, belief in the spirit of Christmas is what might be needed now. Far away Santa is kidnapped by his evil counterpart Krampus who doesn’t want Father Christmas to deliver his presents to the children. When an entity embodying the spirit of the season takes over Cisco’s teddy bear Kosmos he finds out what has happened. Join Cisco and his friend Kosmos as they journey across not just lands but also dimensions to save Santa Claus and stop Krampus. I mean, after all, someone has to watch over Christmas…

Watch Over Christmas is a point-and-click adventure where you control a young boy called Cisco who has to save Santa so all the kid's presents everywhere can be delivered. The game begins at Cisco’s home but continues across lands and dimensions. Cisco can be moved around with the mouse’s left button. The right button will bring up an interaction selection that allows the player to look, use, pick up, etc. Various characters can be spoken to. Numerous items will need to be collected and combined to solve puzzles. Sometimes saying the right conversation dialogue to a character will progress the story. Some puzzles require studying clues found throughout. Later in the game, you’re given a snow globe that allows travel between dimensions and home. The game also comes with a present collecting mini-game. Presents are lying around, some in plain sight, others well hidden. Collecting all these presents displays them on the presents screen and if all are collected an achievement is unlocked.
