What Never Was

What Never Was is a free 3D 1st-person story-driven adventure game. The game can be controlled via mouse and keyboard and is short (about 30 - 45 minutes). This is the first part of a series and meant to be continued.

The player takes control of Sarah Elizabeth Wright, the granddaughter of Howard James Wright, an adventurer. He has recently died and leaves all kind of objects from his travels behind. As Sarah enters her grandfather's attic to get her belongings she left there she soon finds a message for her from his grandfather explaining that the world is not what it seems and he wants her to continue some work of his.
