Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? is an updated CD-ROM edition of the classic gumshoe educational series for kids, featuring The Chief from the hit PBS show of the same name. Compared to the 1995 version it adds 50 scrolling landscapes of locations and it introduces electronic reference tools using a database with essays, photos and video clips from the National Geographic Society.
