Whirlwords

Whirlwords is a single player, freeware word puzzle in which the player starts with one word and by a process of adding, moving & removing letters to create new words eventually arrives at a specified target word.

The game has a built in dictionary of over five thousand words to which the player can add further entries. It has help, hint and 'check my solution' functions and over one hundred and thirty puzzles plus functionality allowing the player to create their own puzzles. Unusually for puzzles of this type the start and end words do not have to be the same length
