As with the TV game the player answers a series of fifteen questions and at various points during the game the presenter, a well endowed lady, will remove something until, eventually, she is wearing nothing. Where the game differs from the TV series are the in-game lifelines, in this game there are none. The reward for answering all fifteen questions correctly is a static sex scene.
