Wife Wants NTR: Pure Love or Revenge?

Wife Wants NTR: Pure Love or Revenge? is a Japanese erotic simulation game themed around NTR (cheating). The player takes on the role of Yuki Hieda, a man who lives next door to his old boss, Ichiro Iruma, who harassed him out of the company a few years prior. Upon seeing Ichiro's beautiful wife, Keiko, Yuki decides to get revenge on Ichiro by sleeping with her. A policewoman named Kazumi catches Yuki breaking into the Irumas' apartment and tries to arrest him, but she, like Keiko, can be defeated with sex.

The game features two distinct story routes: a pure love route, which is more focused on the romance between Keiko and Yuki, and the revenge route, in which Yuki gets Keiko a part-time job at a cabaret club and makes her perform sexual services for him and other men while he records her to humiliate Ichiro.

The player controls Yuki from an overhead perspective as he moves around the apartment building and city. Clicking on certain spots will unlock interactive 3D sex scenes which take place in those areas. These 3D sex scenes feature a free-look camera where the player can change the angle, position, and even add a fisheye lens effect. The clothing of characters can also be changed. Other choices made by the player throughout the game may increase Yuki's affinity with other characters or his lewdness level, leading to different events. Minigames such as a slot machine and a shooting gallery also affect the storyline and allow Yuki to earn money.
