The player helps Working Woman Barbie get ready for her workday, and manages her office throughout the day. Barbie's day starts by getting dressed, and the player chooses from a number of clothing options that Barbie can try on. The player also helps sort Barbie's bag, deciding what to bring with her to work. At work, the player can use Barbie's schedule book to add meetings. They can also manipulate the many items in Barbie's office, while Barbie comments on the player's choices.
