World of Pets
Description
World of Pets was a free-to-play, massively multiplayer online social RPG developed by Playside Studios Pty Ltd in collaboration with Norris Nuts, a popular Australian YouTube family with over millions of subscribers.
Players would collect and raise fantasy pets that hatch from eggs, feeding them brewed potions made from gathered ingredients to help them grow and develop powers. The game features three explorable regions (Hub World, Evergreen Forest, and Snow World) connected by elemental portals, with gameplay activities including fishing, cooking, quest completion, and trading. Pets span multiple rarity tiers from Common (Bunny, Cat, Dog, Guinea Pig) to Legendary (Dragon, Gryphon, Unicorn), with different egg types yielding different rarities. The multiplayer component allows all players to inhabit a single persistent shared world with social features including text chat, trading, contests, and avatar customization through an in-game shop using gold or premium gems.
