Wreckreation

Wreckreation is an open-world arcade racing game set in a fully customizable 400-square-kilometer environment. The game emphasizes creative freedom, allowing players to design and alter the world around them while engaging in traditional and stunt-based driving challenges.

The core experience centers on driving, exploration, and player-driven creation. Players can freely traverse a vast map filled with highways, city streets, and off-road trails, discovering new events and vehicles along the way. Races and activities award License Points, which unlock new cars and progression milestones. Vehicle handling is designed with an arcade focus, favoring speed and aggressive driving over realism, with systems that reward drifts, collisions, and stunts.

Through the MixWorld editor, players can modify the open world in real time, placing ramps, loops, jumps, and obstacles that affect gameplay for both themselves and others. Custom courses and events can be built directly within the environment and shared with other players online. Additional Mix systems extend customization to vehicles, radio stations, and environmental factors such as weather and time of day.

Competition is tracked across multiple leaderboard categories, including Drift, Air, Near Miss, Stunt, and Time records. Cars can be cosmetically altered from the outset, with options for body color, effects, and engine sounds. Online multiplayer allows players to collaborate or compete within shared worlds.
