Write, Camera, Action!

Write, Camera, Action! is a title in Brøderbund's Active Mind educational game series, focused on reading comprehension, oral expression and expressive writing skills, applied to a simulation of movie-making. The player takes over as a film director and advertising agent at the fictional 'Golden Fox Studios' as the original director has left the who-dunnit parody movie unfinished.

You are expected to write new lines and read existing scripts, speak the lines (in a microphone) and shoot and edit the scenes to finish the film. Then you also need to help promote the film to hopefully get good reviews from the newspapers and the audience. It is aimed at children eight to twelve.
