X and O

X and O is a computer implementation of Tic-Tac-Toe. The game features multiple difficulty levels. The player and computers randomly take first turn. The game plays as expected with player and computer alternately putting their mark in a 3x3 grid. The first to get three in a row wins the game. Marks are placed by pressing the corresponding key on the numeric keypad.
