X-Wing Battle

In X-Wing Battle you are an X-Wing pilot and you are up against a multitude of TIE Fighters. Take them all out before your fuel runs out. The action is seen from your cockpit in real time, as you maneuver your fighter to engage enemy spacecraft. Once you line one up, you fire your beam weapons and watch them blow to pieces. Sometimes it takes more than one hit though. You have limited time/fuel and there’s a certain number of enemies you are required to shoot down for your mission to succeed, depending on your current difficulty setting. Enemy fighters do not shoot back, but they do try to stay out of your crosshairs, making aiming a challenge.

The game features animated explosions, where parts of enemy TIE Fighters fly off and scatter, or sometimes a damaged enemy will keep going, with visible damage on their hulls. On the bottom of the screen there’s the counter for your current score and a fuel gauge.
