XESS: The New Revolution
Description
XESS - The New Revolution consists of three different games: Cookie & Bibis (puzzle), New Hyper Man (shooter) and Hyper Man (maze).
Cookie & Bibis (Cookie & Bibi 2)
A Puzzle Bobble clone with both 1 or 2 player puzzle modes and versus modes. Instead of bubbles, the player launches sports-themed balls to match three of the same kind to disappear in the fastest time possible.
New Hyper Man
A top-down, eight-directional shooter version of Pac-Man, in which Hyper Man clears each world by shooting ghosts and other monsters. Each world is made up of ten stages. Eliminating enemies, levels up Hyper Man, which improves his abilities. As the stages advance, enemies become tougher and levels become more complex with little room to move around. Enemies will respawn if the player takes too long. In the final stage of each world, the player will have to fight a boss enemy.
Hyper Man
A top-down, maze game that is a direct take on Pac-Man but with added elements such as secret passages, additional power-ups and bonus items.
