Zaxxon Remake

A reimagining of the arcade classic Zaxxon. As in the original game, the object is to destroy the Zaxxon defense system in an isometric field. However, this time the action takes place over five distinct levels, with three stages in each one.

As in the original arcade release, stage 1 takes place in Asteroid City, where the player must destroy aircraft, guns, and missiles while avoiding barriers and enemy fire. The second stage has the player shoot it out with the surviving planes from the first stage, while the third (and last) stage puts the player one-on-one with Zaxxon itself.

New elements added include three levels of difficulty, as well as new enemies not seen in the original game.
