Zombie Death Zone

Zombie Death Zone is a twin-stick shooter with zombies. After a zombie infestation, clones are sent into the zone to deal with them. The problem: each clone only has a lifespan of 60 seconds.

The basic goal is to accumulate as many points as possible during this short time. The player is directly after starting the game overwhelmed by a lot of zombies from all directions and the only option is to shoot. In fact, the game automatically shoots and the player only controls the movement and aim direction. While the standard rifle does not have too much impact with the zombie masses, there are a number of secondary weapons available: uzi, flamethrower, minigun and a nuke. All of them (except the nuke which just clears everything out) last a few seconds and are activated in the listed order.

Besides zombies there are a few other items littered around the battlefield: explosive barrels, nuke symbols (collecting three of them has the same effect as the nuke weapon) and, most importantly, energy cells. Collecting six of the latter grants another 60 seconds of life which comes with new set of weapons.
