Zombie Driver: Ultimate Edition
Description
Zombie Driver: Ultimate Edition is an updated release of Zombie Driver HD, which is in turn an enhanced version of Zombie Driver. Just like Zombie Driver HD it includes the original game slipstreamed with the Summer of Slaughter DLC. This edition also incorporates the three pieces of DLC for Zombie Driver HD:
- Zombie Driver HD: Apocalypse Pack
- Zombie Driver HD: Burning Garden of Slaughter
- Zombie Driver HD: Tropical Race Rage
Furthermore, the Blood Race campaign now contains additional cards as rewards after winning tournaments. As a whole, it contains 31 story missions, 36 Blood Race events, nine Slaughter arenas and fifteen vehicles. The amount of zombies roaming the streets has been doubled and to compensate more weapons have been placed around the city. The graphics are improved in scene lighting with soft ambient occlusion shadows, depth fog, reflections in the environment, a higher texture resolution, improved particle animation, better physically simulated particles and new animated objects. All missions have slight revisions to add to the atmosphere or for additional polish. A new feature is the retro camera viewpoint using a top-down perspective with no camera rotation.
