Zurk's Alaskan Trek
Description
Zurk's Alaskan Trek is an educational game which is centered around Alaska. It includes information about native American life and animals (including some videos) as well as a creative writing tool: players can place animals and plants in a landscape and write a story about it. They can also press the play button and see if something happens.
The game portion is all about math: by using a scale, the player determines how much the animals weight. Then they answer a number of math questions which are divided into the categories comparison (choosing if two animals weigh the same or which one is heavier), weight (typing in the weight of a given animal), division/multiplication, fractions and relations.
