About
AppyNation was founded in 2011 by Supersonic Software, Finblade, Proper Games, Niffler, Onteca, Lightning Fish and Andrew Payne. Supersonic later acquired the remaining shares in the company, whereupon AppyNation became a wholly owned subsidiary.
On May 25, 2021, it was announced Miniclip acquired both Supersonic Software and AppyNation .
