Aspyr Media, Inc.

Founded in 1996 and based in Austin, Texas, Aspyr Media specializes in porting games to the Macintosh platform, as well as publishing. In the late 2010s, they also began porting and remastering older games to computers and contemporary platforms. They also produce DVD movies and music CDs.

On 13 April 2022, the company acquired Beamdog.

From 3 February 2021 to 14 March 2024, the company was part of Saber Interactive. After the latter split from the Embracer Group, Aspyr and Beamdog remained with Embracer.
