Backflip Studios, Inc.

Backflip Studios was a mobile game development studio started by Julian Farrior, a former Yahoo executive, in 2009. It was based in Boulder, Colorada (USA). In 2013 toy and entertainment company Hasbro bought a 70% stake for $112 million. On 25th October 2019 Hasbro confirmed the studio's closure.
