Beatshapers Ltd are a video game developer from Ukraine whose offices are in Kyiv.

The company was founded by Alexey Menshikov. Their website was set up in 2006 but the company was relaunched in 2009.

Beatshapers have worked on several ports of PC and iOS games to consoles. Their aim was to produce games in a range of genres. By 2014 the company was aiming to develop their own IP. They are also interested in developing VR games. As of 2022 the company had 35 employees.
