Boffo Games, Inc.

Boffo Games is a multimedia developer. The company was founded in February 1994 by Steve Meretzky, Mike Dornbrook, and Leo DaCosta, all MIT graduates and industry veterans whose experience dates to the very dawn of computer gaming.

The company went out of business in 1997. Certain rights were transferred to the succeeding company Boffo Intergalactic Games.
