Eerie Guest is a game development studio based in Hilversum, the Netherlands and owned by tinyBuild. It was established following tinyBuild's acquisition of Dynamic Pixels, which they announced on 16th July 2020. tinyBuild were especially interested in the development team of the Hello Neighbor franchise and established Eerie Guest to continue development there.
It is not clear whether the development team is really located in the Netherlands or if the company was registered in the Netherlands for financial purposes while the team continued to work from Russia.
