Jaleco USA, Inc.

Jaleco USA, Inc. was the United States subsidiary of Jaleco Co., Ltd. of Japan. The founder, owner and operator of both companies was Yoshiaki Kanazawa. When the company went public, he served as President and Chairman of the board until the company was sold in 2000 to Pacific Century CyberWorks Japan K.K.

On 1st October 2002 PCCW announces to merge Jaleco USA, Inc. and VR1 Entertainment, Inc. into Jaleco Entertainment, Inc.
